Q In your own words, describe a typical strategic planning model used in determining the salary associated with a particular position. Discuss why that model may be effective when planning a compensation design.
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Strengths. The SWOT analysis model is determined as a high level model that is being utilized for strategic planning within an organization. According to my perception, In order to determine the salary of an employee in an organization, I believe that the SWOT analysis model would be the most effective (Goh et al., 1997). This is because, with the SWOT analysis model, the organization would be able to weigh upon the opportunities granted to that particular employee and count upon the threats that he or she is likely experiencing while working on the opportunities. Most importantly, by considering
